As an independent social work service, we specialise in supporting people with complex physical and learning disabilities, autism and neurodivergence across the lifespan.
Our practice includes providing independent advice, comprehensive needs assessment, case management and expert witness reports involving Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunals, the Court of Protection and Judicial Reviews. We also provide Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest Determinations and DoLS assessments.
We work with individuals, their families and Solicitors to truly understand what is happening, and use our knowledge and experience to apply the law so that the information is clear, accurate and comprehensive with actionable recommendations. As an independent service, we always approach situations from an unbiased and impartial position.
